The hotel's rooftop restaurant exudes an inviting ambiance, complemented by a menu featuring a delightful fusion of American, British, and French cuisine. Each breakfast showcased freshness; The continental spread was enticing, from flaky croissants to hearty omelets, setting a positive tone for my day. Opting for dinner one evening, I sampled their signature dishes, which reflected a commendable culinary innovation - each plate artfully presented, echoing the local flavors of Jaipur while maintaining international flair. The atmosphere was serene, offering views of the historic landscape around Harthroi Fort, making the meal a true sensory delight. What particularly stood out was the staff's attentiveness. The restaurant host was accommodating and friendly, ensuring all needs were met without being intrusive. Each meal contributed to a comfortable and memorable stay.
